1. From enquiry to order

Choose a product or build an enquiry list and send your requirements. We check the model, compatibility, availability and destination. We provide an offer on a durable medium with required seller, manufacturer and responsible-operator information, model identification, essential characteristics, safety information, total price, delivery, payment and withdrawal terms. A contract is concluded only when the parties confirm the final terms in writing. The website has no payment checkout or automatic order confirmation.

2. Prices & payment

Catalogue prices are in euro per unit and include taxes applicable to consumers. Delivery and any separately agreed costs are disclosed before contracting. An example list total does not yet include destination-specific delivery. Extra charges require agreement. Payment is by bank transfer against the confirmed invoice; a seven-day term may be agreed for business orders. Check the seller and payment information on the invoice before paying.

3. Delivery & destinations

We serve private and business clients in Estonia and welcome enquiries from other EU countries and beyond. Destination availability, delivery method and timing, transport costs and any import charges are specified in writing before order confirmation. Mandatory protections in a consumer's country of residence remain unaffected. Business payment and liability terms are agreed separately in writing; the consumer 14-day withdrawal right does not automatically apply to business purchases.

Unless another delivery period is agreed, consumer orders are fulfilled without undue delay and within the statutory 30-day period. For consumers, risk of accidental loss passes on receipt, subject to the statutory exception. Report visible transit damage as soon as practical; this does not limit statutory rights.

4. Model, compatibility & digital services

Pictured designs are illustrative. The final manufacturer, model, colour, contents, plug, software version, required internet connection and any paid cloud service are confirmed before purchase. Required energy information and applicable digital-function and update terms are supplied with the offer. Installation or subscriptions are not included unless expressly agreed. Material substitutions require approval.

5. Private & business clients

Consumer rights are not restricted by business standard terms. Business quantities, payment periods, inspection and any contractual warranty are agreed separately. The consumer 14-day withdrawal right does not automatically apply to B2B orders. A choice of Estonian law does not remove mandatory protection in a consumer’s country of residence.

1. Withdrawal within 14 days

A consumer may withdraw from a distance purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Send a clear withdrawal statement to maria812@inbox.eu within that period; using the model form is optional. Send the goods back within 14 days after notifying withdrawal. Statutory exceptions apply only where their actual conditions are met.

2. Returning goods & reimbursement

We reimburse payments, including the original standard delivery charge, within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until the goods or proof of dispatch arrive, whichever is earlier. Extra costs of a more expensive delivery option are not refunded. For an ordinary withdrawal, the consumer bears direct return costs if informed before contracting; the seller bears justified defective-goods return costs. A consumer is responsible only for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Contact us before dispatch to confirm the return address and transport method. Return costs, including an estimate for goods that cannot normally be returned by post, are disclosed before contracting. Contacting us is a practical recommendation, not an additional condition on timely withdrawal.

3. Exceptions & inspecting a product

Remove your data, accounts and screen locks before a return. Original packaging helps protect the item in transit, but its absence does not by itself cancel statutory rights. There is no blanket ban on returning opened electronics. A hygiene exception applies only where goods were appropriately sealed, are unsuitable for return for genuine health or hygiene reasons, the seal has been removed, and the statutory conditions are met.

4. Goods that do not conform

The seller is responsible for a consumer product's lack of conformity becoming apparent within two years of delivery. Notify us within two months of discovering the defect. A defect arising during the first year is generally presumed to have existed on delivery. Free repair or replacement are the initial remedies; price reduction or termination are available where the statutory conditions are met. Any manufacturer's commercial warranty does not replace statutory rights.

5. Complaints & disputes

First send a complaint to maria812@inbox.eu with proof of purchase, a description of the problem and the remedy requested. We respond to a written consumer complaint within 15 days. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee or a competent court. The European Consumer Centre can assist with cross-border consumer disputes within the EU, Norway and Iceland.

6. Model withdrawal statement

1. Data & purpose

The form asks for a name, email, client type, destination country and message; a company name is optional for business clients. Selected product identifiers, quantities and an example total are included in the enquiry. We do not ask for card details, national identifiers or sensitive information.

2. Legal basis & retention

Replying and taking pre-contractual steps relies on GDPR Article 6(1)(b); retention of invoice records on Article 6(1)(c). Technical hosting security logs may be processed for legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f). Enquiries that do not lead to a purchase are kept up to 12 months after the last substantive contact unless a dispute or law requires longer. Accounting documents are generally kept for seven years after the financial year. The form does not sign you up for marketing.

3. Providers & transfers

If the site is hosted on Netlify with Netlify Forms enabled, Netlify Inc. receives form and hosting data as a service provider. The Netlify data processing terms and applicable safeguards for transfers outside the EEA apply. We use our email provider for correspondence; delivery and accounting providers may receive information needed for a confirmed order. We do not sell enquiry data. If you open an email draft, further sending happens in your own email application.

4. Cookies & sessionStorage

The site adds no advertising or analytics cookies, does not use localStorage, and embeds no external videos or maps. The sessionStorage key rubentonex_intro_v1 stores the value 1 so the long logo animation is shown once in the current tab; it contains no personal data. It lasts for the tab session and can be cleared in your browser. The enquiry list and filters exist only in current-page memory and reset on refresh. If browser storage is blocked, the site still works. The host may process IP addresses and technical logs for security.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, or object, where the legal conditions apply. Email maria812@inbox.eu; requests are generally answered within one month. You may complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate or your local competent supervisory authority.

Separate collection

Do not dispose of electrical equipment or batteries with mixed household waste. When buying an equivalent new appliance, you may hand over an old appliance of the same type and purpose free of charge. Waste portable batteries can be taken to collection points without buying a new product. Contact us before return for a suitable collection point and handover arrangements; do not send a damaged lithium battery by ordinary post.

Data & safety

Before handover, back up what you need, remove personal data and accounts, and reset the device where practical. Do not open or puncture a battery. For a damaged or swollen battery, ask us or a local waste operator for safe handover instructions. The registered address is not an unrestricted public collection point.
